Conductor KRISTJAN JÄRVI will join The International Trumpet Days for the first time, conducting the TALLINN BRASS ACADEMY. The star of the evening is the Grammy-winner CHARLIE PORTER, who will perform both classical trumpet repertoire pearls and his own music, including the arrangement of his work for choir and jazz trumpet. Brass Academy will also be joined by the solo trumpet of the Spanish National Orchestra ADAN DELGADO ILLADA, who will perform the uniquely beautiful 2nd movement of Concierto de Aranjuez by Joaquin Rodrigo, arranged for brass ensemble and trumpet. 

Program includes the WORLD PREMIERE of work for brass ensemble and soloists by an Estonian composer, Timo Steiner, performed by soloists NEEME OTS and TOOMA VANA, "Scherzo" and "Encuentros" by Swedish composer Stefan Johnsson, and also some exciting surprise numbers!
