Fri 10.05.2024 at 19:00
 (Tatari tänav 13, Tallinn)

Lecture Creative processes, the director/actors relationship and
improvisation theatre workshop
by Alejandro Radawski

in collaboration with CPPM MANIFESTAL and IBEROFEST. Supported by the Embassy of Argentina in Finland.

This lecture workshop consists of two parts.

Alejandro Radawski will explore the creative processes and the director/actors relationship, based on his experience working with actors in Argentina, Estonia and other locations. The lecture is followed by a physical workshop that delves into the basic concepts of improvisation for stage creation. Participants will develop unique characters and everyday scenes through a series of exercises.

The workshop, which embraces an organic and playful acting technique, focuses on realism's structural elements: conflict, action, text, and character. Participants are asked to come prepared with a memorized text of two to four lines from any genre. Attire should reflect vintage fashion from the 40s, 50s, 60s, or formal wear.
