Madis Muul Trio is Estonian pianist, keyboard player and composer Madis Muul’s original project. The Tallinn based trio is known for its cosmical and film-like sound. Madis Muul Trio consists of Madis Muul (pianist and composer), Raimond Mägi (double bass) and Karl-Juhan Laanesaar (drums), in their collaboration mystical and colourful music is created with rich soundscapes. Muul’s creative process also reflects this flowing visual: “In a way I’m writing film music. There are scenes or short-films running in my head and I’m trying to explain them in the language of music.”
