Alika Milova is a young artist who has recently risen to stand alongside Estonia’s top singers, primarily known to the public for her pop music and Eurovision performances. However, in the concert debuting at the Folk Music Harvest Party, the audience will have the chance to hear which traditional folk songs hold personal significance for Alika. Joining her on stage is Estonian singer and multi-talent Arno Tamm, well-known to folk music enthusiasts from the bands Tintura and Paabel. For this performance, both artists will delve into the traditions of their ancestors and home regions, presenting a repertoire that touches the heart. Under Arno’s direction, the songs will be accompanied by an ensemble of young folk musicians, including violinists Juuli Kõrre and Maria Mänd, known from Duo Mann ja Juula, along with Mihkel Sildoja on accordions. Together, they will undoubtedly deliver an exciting concert, revealing unseen sides of both Alika and Arno through folk music.
