Hepworth / Techler American Two-prov is a one-hour improv duo show by New York–based performers Haley Hepworth (USA) and Graham Techler (USA). Their work blends theatre, sketch, and improv backgrounds, with a strong focus on character creation and the most absurd aspects of human behavior.
The duo are core performers, experienced teachers, and directors at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. They have performed and taught at numerous renowned festivals and venues, including Just for Laughs (Montreal), Del Close Marathon (New York, Los Angeles), Chicago Improv Festival, and San Francisco Sketchfest.
They are also the creators of the popular YouTube channel Characters Welcome, which has over 213,000 subscribers and more than 79 million views.
Graham Techler is an award-winning playwright and comedian, and recipient of the 2025 Richard Rodgers Award. He writes for publications such as The New Yorker and McSweeney’s, and has appeared in various TV productions and stage works.
Haley Hepworth is an actor and writer who has appeared on shows such as The Daily Show and Jimmy Kimmel Live. She is a core UCB performer and co-founder of the CABAL solo comedy collective.
