“Special Occasion” is a prelude and introduction to Lembit Saarsalu’s project “Ode in Blue”, where different generations collaborate and perform the works of Saarsalu and other jazz legends. The evening will be shaped by beautiful familiar tunes, joyous swinging rhythms, and collective improvisation. The band will breathe new life into the popular hits of the early 20th century with a fresh spirit and enthusiasm reminiscent of their heyday. Come celebrate jazz in its most pure form!
