🪩HIIT & Flow Collective movement session on loodud naistele, kes tahavad treeningust midagi enamat kui lihtsalt liikumist. See miski on hea energia, mõnus seltskond, ilus keskkond ja kogemus, mis annab päevale hoopis teise tunde 🪩
Meie kõige esimene üritus toimub 21. juunil Tallinnas, idüllilisel Pier 4/2 restorani väliterrassil, kust avanevad vaated merele, sadamale ja suvisele Tallinnale. Üritust viivad läbi Sophia ja Ann Marii. Sophia juhendab energilist HIIT-treeningut ning Ann Marii viib läbi rahulikuma ja voolavama flow-osa.
Sophial on üle 3 aasta kogemust nii personaal- kui rühmatreenerina, lisaks on tal taust ürituste korraldamises ja noorsootöös. Teda iseloomustatakse kui väga sooja treenerit ning tema suur kirg on luua naistele treeninguid, kus nad tunnevad end mugavalt, enesekindlalt ja hoitult ning kus liikumine ei ole kohustus, vaid loomulik osa heast enesetundest ja elustiilist.
Ann Marii on rahvusvahelise tausta ja produtsendi haridusega pilatese- ja treeninguinstruktor, kes on spordiga tegelenud terve elu ning treenerina tegutsenud pea 3 aastat. Tema treeningstiili iseloomustavad funky ja fun energia, mõnus flow ning naiselik atmosfäär. Ann Marii jaoks on oluline, et trenn oleks koht, kus inimesed saavad tunda end vabalt, enesekindlalt ja täielikult iseendana.
HIIT & Flow on mõeldud naistele olenemata vanusest, tasemest või varasemast treeningkogemusest. Nii HIIT kui ka flow-osa saab teha omas tempos ning midagi ei pea kartma. Eesmärk on liikuda, nautida ja tunda, et tegid enda jaoks midagi head ⭐️
Üritust saadab DJ NELE VENDT, kes hoolitseb selle eest, et energia üleval püsiks 💃🏻

🪩 HIIT & Flow Collective movement session is for women who want their workout to feel like more than just a workout. Think good energy, great company, a beautiful setting and that little spark that makes the whole day feel different 🪩
Our very first event is happening on June 21 in Tallinn, on the idyllic outdoor terrace of Pier 4/2 restaurant, overlooking the sea, the harbour and the city in its summer glow. The session will be led by Sophia and Ann Marii. Sophia will guide you through an energising HIIT workout, followed by a softer, more flowing session with Ann Marii.
Sophia has over 3 years of experience as both a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, along with a background in event planning and youth work. She is known for her warm and welcoming energy, and her passion is creating training spaces where women feel comfortable, confident and supported. For her, movement is not something you “have to do”, but something that can become a natural, feel-good part of your lifestyle.
Ann Marii is a Pilates and fitness instructor with an international background and a degree in production. Sport has been part of her life for as long as she can remember, and she has been working as a trainer for almost 3 years. Her classes are all about funky, feel-good energy, smooth flow and a feminine atmosphere. For Ann Marii, training should be a space where you can let go, feel confident and show up exactly as you are.
HIIT & Flow is open to women of all ages, fitness levels and backgrounds. Both the HIIT and flow parts can be done at your own pace, so there is no need to worry about “keeping up”. The idea is simple: move your body, enjoy the moment and leave feeling like you did something good for yourself ⭐️
The session will be accompanied by DJ NELE VENDT, who will keep the energy up and the good vibes flowing 💃🏻
