The Philly Joe’s Summer Residency is a part of the UNESCO Music City Tallinn programme, providing a platform for talented young Estonian artists on the jazz scene! New ensembles, colourful programs and the opportunity to hear jazz and music with its influences from a new perspective on every concert evening - all this is offered by selected artists, week after week throughout the summer.
