VÕRAFEST 2026 Final Concert
VÕRAFEST is a joint initiative of the Estonian Gymnastics Federation and the Estonian Folk Dance and Folk Music Association – a large-scale gymnastics and folk dance festival that brings together movement, creativity, and culture.
Taking place for the first time in Pärnu in 2026, the festival celebrates the 150th anniversary of Estonian gymnastics and the 140th anniversary of Anna Raudkats.
This three-day event is an open and creative movement festival that connects different generations and communities.
💫The name VÕRAFEST itself is a creative combination of two communities:
💚VÕ (from "võimlemine" as gymnastics in Estonian) + RA (from "rahvatants" as folk dance in Estonian) + FEST (festival)💚
The main programme of the festival includes performances by gymnastics and folk dance groups in the city of Pärnu on August 14–15, as well as various workshops for both participants and the local community.
A joyful finale will be created by gymnasts and dancers performing together on August 16 at the Pärnu Beach Stadium.
At the final concert starting at 17:00, the stadium field will be filled with thousands of performers, and a tribute will be paid to those who have carried gymnastics and folk dance in their hearts to the present day.
Pärnu summer, dancers, gymnasts, and unforgettable moments are waiting for you!
